Sunny is great at helping us progress at a reasonable pace and she is constantly offering encouragement. She’s a great teacher to help introduce newbies to pole. Sunny recommended we attend the flexibility class, and I’m glad I followed her recommendation. Angie offers great cues that help with mastering the stretches and strength moves, and going to her classes has helped me make mind-muscle connections with some dormant muscles that’ll be critical for my pole journey. Overall, I have had a positive and comprehensive experience with Nexxus so far. Very excited to keep moving forward with this studio.
