Jade is the passionate founder and owner of Nexxus Movement, a thriving pole studio that celebrates sensuality and self-expression. With a background in yoga, Jade discovered the transformative power of movement and embarked on a journey to create a space where individuals could explore their sensuality through pole dance and other modalities. Combining her expertise in yoga with her love for pole dancing, Jade has created a unique and inclusive environment that encourages students to embrace their bodies and unleash their inner strength. -
Anastasia

Some of you may already know Anastasia as our emcee! Anastasia is an Indianapolis soul who brings vibrant, eclectic, and spirited energy to any stage or event. Her true goal is to promote fun, freedom, and authenticity. Passionate about moving to rhythms and discovering new connections, Anastasia considers herself a creative. She strives to create a safe and welcoming environment in her classes, encouraging participants to explore themselves, the storytelling, and the music with an open mind. -
Allie
She/her
Allie, also known as Lilly Lux on stage, is a pole dancer and flow artist with passion for all things movement arts. She joined the fitness industry ten years ago teaching hula hoop and yoga classes. Along the way she discovered pole dancing, and fell in love with it as an accessible and empowering form of movement that allowed her to feel at home in her own body. Allie teaches beginner and level one pole classes as well as flexibility and beginner heels. As a disabled, neurodivergent instructor, she especially enjoys working towards making pole dancing an inclusive and safe space for all bodies. -
Amanda
She/her
Amanda started her pole journey in January 2022 as a way to push herself out of her comfort zone. She loves that pole combines strength, flexibility, and gracefulness and has a found community of wonderful people at Nexxus. Her beginner classes are a safe place to feel vulnerable and maybe a little silly while exploring a new way to move your body and finding strength in muscles you didn’t know you had. Amanda also feels drawn to and inspired by the moon and incorporates thematic elements based on the moon’s current cycle into her classes. -
Bow

Reignbow is Indianapolis’ favorite intergalactic superstar! When she’s not at Nexxus, she can be found around Indianapolis writing and recording original music, creating original visual art pieces, and modeling.Reignbow began her pole journey 3/24/22 in search of confidence and strength. On top of being disabled, she had no prior experience with dance or aerial arts. A whole year later, Reignbow overcame these obstacles and is now one of Nexxus’ certified pole instructors, currently with a primary focus on beginners. -
Jocelyn

Jocelyn is a seasoned movement professional with over a decade of experience. Having grown up immersed in the world of competitive dance, she developed a profound love for movement early on. After a rewarding hiatus teaching yoga and Pilates, Jocelyn is thrilled to rekindle her passion for dance at Nexxus. She takes great joy in helping others connect with their bodies in a positive and empowering way, especially through freeing movements that encourage emotional expression and creativity. -

Krista has a movement background going back to her elementary school days. From her cheerleading background to now her pole background, she has found her sensual dance style and is ready to share her choreography with others! -

Movement for me first of all is about self care, harmony and pleasure. Before beginning my pole journey in December 2022 throughout my life was in some types of relations with different kinds of movements: ballroom dance, pilates, yoga, stretching.I’m still on the wonderful journey of discovering this world and myself through movement. I’m happy that it gives so many different opportunities to each of us. Being happy to help to introduce you to this world.

In 2010 Meagan took her first pole class and fell in love with the blend of grace and athleticism. Having grown up dancing (tap, jazz, and ballet), Meagan's preferred style of pole incorporates elements of classical and contemporary dance. Outside of the studio, she is a public health researcher and single mama to two energetic boys. In her free time, Meagan enjoys baking from scratch, painting, and cuddling with her three cats. -

Hi, I’m Miriam. I’ve been practicing pole since 2018. I love cats, baking and the color green. Words have never been my forte, but dance and movement have given me a way to express myself when so often words fail me. I hope I can help my students find their own pathways to self-expression through movement. -
Morgan

Morgan has always been involved in some sort of movement arts. However, when she started taking pole and dance classes she found a creative outlet that changed her life for the better! She teaches beginner pole classes along with sensual chair dance classes, and her goal is to help her students feel in-tune with their bodies and help foster a safe environment to express sensuality. Morgan, also known as Scarlet Nightshade, has a passion for burlesque and musicality and likes to incorporate these aspects into her classes. -
